Pilates Benefits
Pilates can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk and thus creates a sleek, toned body. It teaches body awareness, good posture, and easy, graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. Pilates is also an extremely flexible system that allows for an array of exercises that range from beginning to advanced to get the workout that best challenges you.
In conventional workouts, weak muscles tend to get weaker and strong muscles stronger resulting in muscular imbalance – a primary cause of injury or chronic back pain. Pilates conditions the whole body (ankles and feet too!). No muscle is over- or under-trained. Your entire musculature is evenly balanced and conditioned, helping you enjoy daily activities and sports with greater ease and less chance of injury. No matter your age or condition, Pilates will work for you.
Pilates Training Rates
We require all new clients to participate in one- to two-private training sessions before joining a semi-private session. Private session rates are $60. Of course, if you prefer to continue private sessions, we can certainly accommodate you!
Once your one- or two-private training sessions have been completed, you will be participating in semi-private training sessions consisting of two clients per session. You are welcome to invite a friend, co-worker, family member, or other to participate with you during your session or we will find a partner for you. Semi-private training session rates are:
One (1) session - $45
10 Sessions - $400 ($40/session)
20 Sessions - $760 ($38/session)
30 Sessions - $1080 ($36/session)

Cancellation Policy
It is important that clients cancel their appointment, via phone, within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged for the session.
